im a 3rd party contractor in a big MCN organization. i have been recently looking for oppotunities both internally and outside the company. somehow my boss knew (they always do) and she said she’d like to keep me inside the company if not her BU. then she referred me to a leader of another team, a great team tho, i would jump to his team without a second thought if i have the chance.
it’s so awkard i barely knew the guy, what am i supposed to talk with him? we all know everything we say will be passed on to my boss. now we’re stuck after saying hi…
