I see a lot of yes or no questions asked, and a lot of refusing to answer yes or no. People being questioned will often go off on a tangent with the clear intent to avoid actually answering the question.
I admit I don’t know much about how these hearings work, or much about politics in general, really. But it seems to me things would run a lot more efficiently if there was a rule requiring people to answer yes or no questions with a yes or a no.
Sorry for the dumb question, but in the no stupid questions sub they don’t allow political questions apparently.
