As per title. I am a digital artist, recently moved to the UK where I’ll be based for the next years, and I’d like to sell my commissioned works (digital illustrations – no physical products will be shipped). I mainly use PayPal for payments and Instagram/deviantArt to reach my customers.
Do I need any kind of licence, or registered business to do this, being UK-based? (asking because related laws in my native country are completely different).
Is there a min/max threshold under which I’m not supposed to do anything nor worry about?
I want to be sure to do whatever is needed to keep things smooth and legal, but I’m having hard times finding info about how to do this.
