i 22f have been seeing this girl for three months. we’re exclusive but not official.
i like her a lot and we had a talk where she didn’t want to rush things, but my main issue is that she responds to my texts slowly, and i get people have busy lives, but for me i need a way to build that emotional connection and that involves texting or at least calling (we have never called before). she said she didn’t know if she was ready for a long term relationship but didn’t do hookups. for me because i need to build an emotional connection, it tends to be long term oriented.
i don’t know how to end things or word it. i’ve enjoyed every single moment ive had with her which is why im torn, but i don’t think she feels the same. our birthdays are coming up, mine being first, and i was aiming to do it before mine so it would hurt less for her but i don’t know. it’s hard
