I feel like I’m the problem

I would start a convo with someone and sometimes I’m in my head with the way they answer but I sometimes I would ask a question and I just get an “i don’t know” kind of answer. Why is it so hard to talk to people I feel like I’m the problem even countering it is hard what the hell do I do
