I’ve only ever heard the accent used in classic Hollywood movies and, more recently, TV shows like *Frasier*. (Though that was 30 years ago!) Presumably, it is taught or affected through elite education – prep schools and the like.
Is it still a thing for American youth?
If I wanted to hear it spoken today, where would I go? Harvard Yard? A white-shoe firm?
