Where do I validate Vaccination Records?

Hi, I got vaccinated outside the U.S. I’m entering a U.S. college. I am a U.S. citizen. I need to upload my Vaccination records to the university. My question is, do I need to validate my records by someone in the U.S.? And if yes, where would I go to do just that
