1. Maybe message hin on tinder? Crushes are dangerous imo because you can create an image of someone in your mind that doesnt match reality

2. if you want to approach in real life, I would say something like “Hi, I noticed you couple of times on campus and wanted to ask if you would like to go for a coffe sometime” (or ask if he wants to give you his number or social media, if you want to have some chat with him first before going on a date)

   It worked for me couple of times and given that you matched on tinder before he cant be really uninterested so I would try it
