For more context, I’m an 8th grade male. The girl I like is the daughter of my Social Studies teacher, and math teacher. We are both in the same grade but currently share no classes. I am not in her friend group, but am friends of some of her friends. Both of her parents like me as a student, and their daughter and I share very similar interests. I’m at the point where she knows I exist as we have had classes together, but not a whole lot about me. I feel like she would like me if she really knew me, but I am too afraid to talk to her. I have seen some advice online about not approaching her when she is with her friend group, but she always is. She is very social, I on the other hand am not so much. I have tried improving my appearance, taking care of my body and working out every day. She is “popular” and I am not the only one that sees her in a romantic way. IDK if I have a chance, school is out in a week.
