Ok I have my best friend of like 25 years. Lately she just says ‘ok’ in a text if I tell her a text that clearly should have a response of something. An example is just now I said my cafe is busier than normal and stressing me out. She said ok. Not really a big deal but if she sends me a text that I should respond with something more than ‘ok’ she gets upset and always asks me to have a better response than that. I feel like she doesn’t want to listen to my problems anymore and she only wants to talk about her problems. Usually we talk equally. I should add I mentioned this two years ago to her? And she said she just didn’t think of a response. But the thing is since then the last few months I say ok like she does and she doesn’t like that I only say ok.
