For context- over the weekend I went to a swingers club I normally go to. I met up with a good pal who I’ve been intimate with before. We had a quickie when I arrived where I informed him I was sleeping with someone else and that he should wear a condom. He agreed and that was that. No issues. I was planning on staying the night with him so we mingled, drank, smoked, and had a good time. Once the club closed and we were assigned to our rooms we eventually cut conversations with anyone else and stayed up all night. Eventually we went back to do the deed and this is where things get weird. I saw a condom in his mouth before we got intimate with the lights off. Mid way- he says he’s going to cum and stays inside me. Considering the same thing happened earlier in the night- I thought he finished in a condom. After we finished he goes “see the difference between a condom and without one” which prompts me to ask if he came inside me without a condom on. He says yes so I make a face and explain that it’s a first because I don’t really do that. He took it a complete different way and seems excited to be the first. I felt embarrassed saying anything to correct him and eventually leave without a scene. It shook me up and I went to the pharmacy and got Plan B (even though I’m on birth control, an IUD to be exact) just in case. I can’t help but feel violated. I brought it up to him and said that’ll never happen again and he thanked me for “communicating effectively” but didn’t apologize… is this assault?
