Lately I have been getting angry at work due to stress and attitude given by coworkers. I recently started driving a forklift at a warehouse that I’ve worked in for 10 years. I have been told by management that I am not getting the help I normally should have, for a bit. One coworker likes to joke a little rough and under stress it seems like it’s not joking. I lashed out today and I feel bad but I also feel a little justified because I tried to smooth it over before I “blew up”. I am not one to get upset easily but at work it seems like it’s getting more frequent. There are other drivers that have been driving for awhile who do not get upset like I do. If anyone has advice for me to keep my head calm and steady I ’d appreciate it. I am embarrassed when I get upset over, what seems like little, things after the fact. Thank you.

Side note: management will not be responsive to anything I say. I can elaborate, but it’s too long for this post.
