I’m getting my own place soon, what’s the best advice you’d give to someone in my shoes? I’ve lived in student accommodations and shared houses during uni, but never had my own place. I’m already very clean and house trained, so I’m not worried about that stuff, but what are some traps that people fall into that make it less enjoyable.
Tips on handling bills, not getting lonely, and dealing with neighbours as I play guitar and the first thing I’m waiting on is the day I can just plug my amp in and go to town without fear of judgement.
