I (22F) have been working and thinking about what I would like in my next relationship more like boundaries and paying more attention to red flags. I want my confidence back in the bedroom, I used to be confident and enjoy trying new things but being in wrong relationships led to me feeling self conscious. It’s mostly been words that they used to purposefully hurt not because it’s true or constructive criticism. I don’t want to put it on a partner to get that confidence back I wanted try some stuff on my own to get it back and find more confidence in my body. Any recommendations? Any advice?
