My bf and I moved into a diff place beginning of April. He travels a lot for work but has been home for about 2 weeks. I went on a family vacation for a week and just got home. I have unpacked everything, bought everything (w his card but had to research and shop in person for so much), hung up shelves, broken down boxes, set up everything. It took forever for him to bring the first load of trash boxes down last month and now the new set of trash boxes and the couch plastic covering it was delivered in has been sitting in our empty dining room for over two weeks. Our curtains haven’t been hung either which I can’t do, I’ve hung everything I can.
Every time I ask him to do it he says “don’t worry lady it’ll get done” but it literally hasn’t.
Today he told me I was nagging when I asked again but like am I supposed to just let all that’s stuff sit there? Genuinely thought he’d do it while I was gone.
I know sometimes men complain about women seeming naggy but how can I handle this without being rude or seeming b*tchy?
