There are mice in the greenhouse.
There are traps the mice avoid.
It's a problem.
I put together a new trap out of some shit I had laying around, left for an hour, when i got back, dead mouse in the trap.
Coworkers are thrilled.
I am meanwhile gutted, because it was just trying to live its life and now it's dead cause of me.
How tf do you man up? I can't be losing my whole evening over guilt related to necessary vermin control, but i still feel like a little kid who murdered a belovéd pet or something.
Advice?
