I wonder why some women don’t showcase their boyfriends on social media while their boyfriends frequently post about them.

For example, they might both be in the same place with the same background, but on the boyfriend's profile, there's a picture of the two of them together, whereas on the woman's profile, it's just her with the same background.

Are they simply avoiding attention, or are they trying to protect someone's feelings?
