1. Give us some context! Where are you, who are you with!

2. When in doubt, be silent.

3. If no one directly asks you anything and you genuinely don’t have anything to say, then it’s ok to be silent if it’s a group convo imo

4. I’m being genuine here – is this a situation where your input is being requested? Because otherwise it’s definitely okay to not say anything.
