I work a 24/7 rota and my rota is Advanced’s by 2 months. I would like to book a few days off, but unsure if I’m working the days as my rota hasn’t come out yet.
I’m worried if I put in for annual leave on those days before the rota is finished, my employer may conveniently schedule me to work those dsys(when originally I could be off) in order to use up my annual leave.
Am I overthinking this?
