My long term gf decided a while back to leave some open options in our relationship if something we ever really wanted to explore came up. She has had the first opportunity she wants to explore. She's interested in sometimes having sex with her former FWB, who a few years ago she had a 100% sexual relationship with. I'm good with it and have set a couple boundaries on top of her's which is no staying overnight with someone.
I'm wondering if anyone who has tried this before has any thoughts on if there are any more to explore?

Condoms – they never used them before but I want them to now at least at first
No anal – they tried before but I want to keep this between us
