Hi guys. So, like the title says, I (23F) have a crush on one of the back of house managers (31M) at my restaurant. (I’m front of house). He’s super sweet, a nice guy, and there’s just something about him that I’m SUPER attracted to.
I know you guys are all going to say “don’t shit where you eat”….but I kind of want to talk to him a little bit and see where things go. I’m planning on leaving my current job within the next 1-2 months anyways, which is why I am considering pursuing this. We haven’t talked a ton other than at work, but I followed him on Instagram and he slid up on my story the other day and we exchanged a few messages.
UPDATE—-He added me back on snapchat soooo…any helpful advice? I’m getting very anxious 😬

90% chance he isn’t looking for a relationship. It is a MEME in kitchens to try and bang the young pretty FOH girls. Also the age gap is a red flag. The dick might be good, like I said I’ve been in your position so I’m not judging, just don’t be surprised if he isn’t looking for something serious.
