figuring out my brother’s sexual barrier..

Hell everyone, I hope y'all doing well today! Recently, I've had a talk with my brother and the dialogue slowly went on our sex life. When he began talking about his, I was truly shocked to hear that as a grown man, he was still a virgin, and when I asked him why, because I can tell he's good-looking and well-mannered caring man, he told me that since the very teenage years he was afraid that after having sex, women that he would have sex with would go to police and claim that he sexually assaulted them, even if he never did. Maybe it's due to the fact that he's simply not trustworthy, but….I don't know. I truly want to help him out.. Maybe someone has faced similar issues?
