What can I do about condom getting really tight?

Every time I put on a condom it initially feels fine, but 10-20 minutes into sex it starts getting really tight especially in the head area and it gets super uncomfortable. My question is do I need to look for a bigger one or a smaller one? Has anyone else had this issue? The ones I usually use are Durex feel thin.
