So, I’m in a work release center, and a few of the officers try their hardest to make fun of my last name. I’d love nothing more than to tell them that they have the right job, where their able to talk shit to people that aren’t in a position to talk it back- but I can’t.
What is a good response that I could say to their (elementary) attempts to botch my last name? It’s annoying.
Edit for clarity: I am not an employee here, I am an inmate at a work release center. These are officers using their position of authority to poke at others and try to solicit a response.
I appreciate the replies, have been wondering how others would react in this situation.
