He ‘M30’ cheated on me ‘F28’ after being together for 7 years. I’m contemplating taking him back, but I can’t help but think of him having been intimate with someone else (for a month) he says he only slept with her once, but he continued to see her for a month at her place of work (a waitress). She was also married with 4 children. I found out because her husband told me.
He wants to stay together and ended it with her. He feels sorry. But I know he didn’t feel guilty while it was happening or it wouldn’t have gone on for a month.
If I choose to stay, I don’t know how to get past that. I’ve been thinking of sleeping with someone else just to feel even and possibly something different. I’ve also thought about telling him I’ve been talking to someone.
Any advice on the entire situation is welcome. What would you do? I’m beginning to think everyone cheats and that even if I found someone else this would happen again. I’ve been in 3 relationships and they all ended with them cheating on me.
