This isn’t the first time this has happened to me. I’ve been on 3 dates with this girl, we had sex and slept together twice already. I know that’s sort of fast but it just happened on the second date at her place.
Suddenly, texts become very sparse, she takes forever to respond now, but hasn’t said anything to me directly.
This is very frustrating because this basically happens with EVERY girl I start dating. A change in texting behavior almost always 100% indicates a loss of interest, but there’s so much confusion because it doesn’t “technically” mean anything. But every time I notice this, I feel the need to ask what’s going on. I just want them to be clear with me and tell me directly, not slowly drift away. But they don’t seem to want to communicate, perhaps they are scared of rejecting me.
Either way, it’s way too early for me to try to have a conversation with her, but it’s also way too early for there to be any certainty. I want to be able to know where I went wrong, and what I am doing that is turning these women off.
I’m hurt and this stuff drives me crazy. Why can’t people just be honest? I want to be better but I don’t know what I need to do to fix any unattractive traits I have. I take care of myself so it’s definitely not a physical thing. Any idea what I should do? Or is this just dating in general? Dishonesty?
