what would the consequences be for messing with work appointments?

Without going into the ins and outs, if you leave your salon job and still have their work calendar system on your phone and mess with your colleagues appointments (moving a appointment time slot for example, basically just causing that colleague hassle with wrong appointment times) is there anything they can legally do? They can’t prove it was anyone I think but it may just be pointing to someone.
