It happens very often to me for what ever reason, girls will purposely avoid me and act like they hate me.
Currently working and I’m just trying to be friendly but this girl at work is literally avoiding me at all cost, yet she connected with me in LinkedIn, this isn’t even the strange part. She isn’t connected to anyone else, not even the people she talks to, and I find it very strange tbh. I catch her staring all the time but even looking at her.
Previously there was this other girl that I knew before that did this exact same thing lol. Turned out she actually liked me, she avoided me at all cost and spoke to everyone else. She later revealed that she liked me, which actually caught my surprise.
How do I go about this? It’s weird because she comes into the room and purposely avoids eye contact as if I don’t exist and all I want to do is say hello. I don’t want this awkwardness to affect work but it’s very uncomfortable when she stares at my at times.

I’d probably just try to strike up a conversation. If she’s constantly messing with her hair, feet pointed at you, or whatnot, then you know she likes you. Chances are that she is just nervous or embarrassed to make a first move, so if you like her back, then you’ll need to do something because she won’t
This is because you look desperate and all the red alarms are activated in girls around you. Even in the ones that like you.
The weirdometer of girls is very sensitive.
