I start my morning with a stiff lower back (and sore hip muscles – or whatever connects my legs to my core).

I'll get out of bed and go for a walk to limber up and then run and it's fine for the rest of the day but it sucks starting the morning like that.

I assume it's just older age (mid 30s) but I wonder if it could be something else. Diet? Lack of stretching? Bad shoes? Etc.

Has anyone experienced this and been able to change it, maybe by doing yoga or something
