Can I continue after first round?

M20 I cum pretty quick during first round, 2-3 minutes. but i can still be hard after it and go for round 2 instantly. My gf likes to take a break after round 1 which makes me go soft and it’s hard to get hard again unless we keep going on straight after round 1. What should I do? Do we have lack of communication? as I can last as many rounds as long as we don’t stop.
