A quick Google search told me there's only one, and it seems to lean more into the cafe part that just happens to have some shelves of manga.
Libraries and even bookstores usually have pretty limited manga sections.
Do you think we'll get to the point of having them? Or do you think the lack of people wanting to read physical books will prevent it from happening?
