People don’t like me, even if they say they do, they obviously don’t, I can’t even get anyone to so much as talk to me without pretty much forcing them to, and I don’t know why

So people liked me plenty when I was a kid but ever since I started college, apart from my parents everyone I've interacted with in the last four years won't so much as talk to me any more than the absolute bare minimum, and I have no idea why. I'm a polite person, I haven't suddenly become a mean person since high school, my social skills haven't changed at all, I'm a well-hygenicaly kept person, but people still don't like me, and the few times I've said this to people they just insist that that's not the case when it very obviously is, and it's been like this since the moment I moved away for college, literally everyone around me has treated me like this even before they had any idea who I am. I see how those same people are with others, and it's totally different, like nobody has ever wanted me around since before I was an adult, so what am I doing wrong, and how do I fix it?
