I would start speaking out loud while you type. Also if you have a pet, talk to them. Sometimes I can think things through much better while I type but when I speak all my ideas make no sense. I take an extra second to really process my point and it helps me get there.
Read aloud and talk more with people who you are close to, the best way to start is ask questions about stuff and let them tell you then ask more questions as how and why, but also ask does this…. ? Or will that…. and complete the thought. Get used to asking . If you are on a computer a playing games, you are not speaking and you will lose the power of communication. Computers are not social even social media text is not social you talk to a machine and there is no human Interaction, so the connections to real conversation dies. You can let that happen the spoken word is the core of human connection and no keyboard will live up to that standard of humanity. Computers say empty words without eyes or tones or expressions. There are skills used in real human conversation that the virtual world cannot get right.
