I am a woman in the trades, and it is ridiculously hard to find decent boots or gloves. Women's boots or gloves aren't usually for heavy duty work. Men's boots rarely go lower than a US 7, and I never find men's gloves in a small.
I figure surely there must be men who would need a size small glove, or a size 6 shoe, in which case, what do you do? Do you deal with the terrible selection in the smaller/women's sizes? Just use work wear that's too big? Is there some magical retailer that has unisex sizes?
