Leaving PGWP to Pursue Finance Degree – Need Advice

I'm 22 and currently on a PGWP, but I'm planning to drop my work permit and go back to school to get a bachelor's and master's in finance. I've always wanted to study business, but my parents didn't let me. Now, I'm about to take out a lot of student loans and take a risk because if I don't get my PR, I might have to go back to my country of origin. I made this decision because I don't want to waste any more time and I want to take control of my life. I've let other people make decisions for me in the past, and I cannot live with that anymore. However, a small part of me still thinks I should get my PR first.
