I've had my (30) first ever few sexual experiences with my girlfriend. I think its safe to say I've struggled with porn and masturbation addiction for years, doing both daily for years.
Before we slept with each other, I had deliberately stopped masturbating and watching porn for just over a week, because I knew it was unhealthy.
I've since stopped porn altogether, but have masturbated once or twice a week.
To get to the issue I'm having… I've noticed that both during sex and masturbation, I'm unable to get fully erect. I can achieve a semi for both, and orgasm whilst masturbating. But I'm never hard.
I'm kind of assuming that this is down to the years of porn/masturbation, which is fair enough. I guess what I want to know, is there anything I can do
