My best friend of 20 years is getting married and he has asked me to be his best man. I am very excited to be apart of his and his fiancés special day. My gf on the other hand does not want to be there because she does not know them that well enough.
We have been dating for 10 months and my gf has hung out with them a good handful of times in the span that we have dated. She also says that she doesn’t know anyone at the wedding, which I can understand why she does not want to go. But I won’t know that many people either, besides my best friends parents and some of his family.
I honestly just want some support from her and want her to attend because I am going to be very nervous about speaking at the wedding and what not. I also think it will be a fun time for all of us.
I feel sad that she doesn’t want to be apart of this at all. ( If I need to clarify more please ask )
