Hi all, I’m in my late 20’s and have been noticing sometimes that I struggle with being able to maintain a thrusting pace, which is frustrating when I can tell my wife is getting close but I’m on the verge of cramping up.
What’s the best exercises for building stamina for sex?
Edit: To clarify, I don’t have an issue with finishing, it’s specifically with maintaining the thrusting motion for longer and not getting as tired so I don’t lose rhythm.
