My wife is having a hard time sleeping we gotta get up at 8 in the morning she’s not a morning person it’s already after 2am here also she’s pregnant. How can I help her sleep ?

  1. First off. It’s going to be ok. Humans are pretty good at missing a couple hours here or there.

    Ask her what will help.

    Beyond that, just talk a bit about whatever she wants and actively listen without trying to change stuff. Do it outside the bed, go back to bed when tired. If you have a placebo on hand give her that. Tell her it’s a magic sleeping charm.

  2. When I was pregnant, Dr told me to take Benadryl for sleeping. These days, I read on a Kindle. Reading makes me sleepy
