Gentlemen with super strong cologne scents that fill the room when you walk in, just how many times do you spray it on?

I swear some of you gents just sweat cologne with how much I can smell it.

Any more than 2-3 sprays of a bottle and I get downright sick of the smell on me. So I’m curious how much do you spray on?
