I (27M) was in a 7 year relationship and have recently began to love life. However, this attracts a lot of unwanted attention. What should I do?

After my long-term relationship ended I did a lot of self-reflecting and discovered a deep love for life and a newfound appreciation for being single. While I'm not against dating again, I'm only interested in finding the true one. I've become a social butterfly and an ultra-empathetic dork. In the past few weeks, I've noticed many women showing interest in me, which is a new experience. I'm unsure how to handle all this attention. Is it too soon to allow myself into another relationship? How should I go about dating (I’ve only dated two women, one for 8 months, one for 7 years) Any advice would be appreciated. lol
