If Marriage was a job description

As I listen to podcast, watch reels, watch live discussions and read Reddit post about the nuances of marriage, a lot of married couples express "marriage is not at all what I thought it was suppose to be". Good and bad. That had me thinking and begging the question. If marriage was a job description, what would be your "job requirements" and/or your description of what you want your marriage to be?.
