worst pain i’ve ever felt in my life

the other night, my boyfriend and I were having some pretty rough sex and i had to stop because of how horrible the pain was. this is not the first time we have done it rough like that but i have never experienced anything like this from sex before. i was literally sobbing and cried myself to sleep from pain in my abdomen. it’s been a few days and the pain is still there. i have been bleeding but i was also bleeding before just a little from my period that came early from taking a plan b. thought maybe i had an ovarian cyst that ruptured but was not sure bc i have never taken a plan b before so i don’t know if that was maybe one of the side effects that they don’t mention on the box. i HATE going to the doctor but am now wondering if it would be worth taking a trip, just curious if anyone has dealt with this type of thing before and would appreciate any input
