A girl I know and haven’t seen in a while bought me dinner and I don’t know how to interpret it

Last year I met someone who was here working for the summer, we hung out a few times but never really took it anywhere. She went home over the winter and I didn't know she was coming back. Today I went to pick up a pizza for dinner and she was working there and was happy to see me and told me she took care of paying for the pizza. First time in my life a woman has done that for me haha. Should I take it as a friendly gesture or indicative of her having more serious intentions? I'm over the moon happy to see her again and for what she did but I don't want to overthink it.
