I'm obviously not moving straight away, I just want to know some options for the long term. I want to go somewhere that has a lot of English speakers. I'm moving from Canada, so the main problems I'm trying to escape are the high gas prices, food, housing, and generally everything. Also, government here is pretty bad. Preferably place should have a big football culture.
