Possibly slip up

Me and my girlfriend were having protected sex and using a spermicide insert, but while pulling out the condom seemed to stay in place while my penis came out of the condom while ejaculating. My semen seemed to fly around her but I did see a dime-sized amount on her pelvis and I’m pretty sure a few drops on her pubic hair, or the pubic hair spots could’ve been the spermicide. Obviously in a panic I bought a morning after pill and she took it. What could’ve gone wrong? The irony of the situation is the condoms I bought were of a good fit and the spermicide was for an extra layer of protection yet we somehow messed up. What are my chances of an unwanted pregnancy? I don’t remember but I think ovulation was supposed to happen in 8 days or her period, I didn’t get a good look at her tracker. Is this the right place to talk about it? I just made a burner so I’m not very sure but thank you to anyone who responds. 🙂
