32 (M) just moved from the East Coast (one bedroom third floor apt for about $800 per month) to the West Coast; WA area bought a small 19ft trailer (a starter) cash up front, the lot cost only about $600 with utilities.
AC unit in truck trailer currently broken, dropping another 1250-2k on replacing the AC unit.
Any age/social class/ethnicity (I'm Christian raised Roman Catholic) would you not date/judge some for owning a small trailer vs tiny home… Or are both negatives.
I ask because I could flip the trailer for double and put a down payment on a rancher style house.
