Is there a “media market name” for your region?

What I’m talking about is a term that encompasses a city and its metro area as well as the surrounding rural areas that would usually get the local TV channels. Other businesses might use the term if they’re trying to market to the whole region. For example, Memphis is the Mid-South and Jacksonville is the First Coast, and various places use “Tri-State Area” in this sense. What about your city or region?
