There are a lot of people on the internet that are obsessed with tracking various things. Macros, ounces of water, times flossed, times pooped, etc. I really don’t think many of these things are worth tracking and if they’re not for a specific goal – they may even be a type of undiagnosed OCD or anxiety.

I want to track my spending in a Google Sheet, it takes like an hour a month. Is there anything else I should track in my personal life? Should I track hourly progress at my corporate job? My coworkers told me that is crazy when I first started. I feel like tracking is a waste of time
