Messy 🚽

My husband & I have been married 5yrs.He’s a M38, I’m F45. Before we were married we talked about certain things that could really set us off. I told him I disliked a dirty kitchen /restroom. Y’all he is a messy pooper. I get it, we all can make a mess. I don’t intentionally leave it for him to clean up. I have talked to him about this several times and in different manners. He will make excuses. Like “oh, I forgot / oh, I was pooping in the dark.” I’m so over it. What do I do?
